So after many, many months of following the health and fitness blogs of others, I have decided to document my actions that will lead to a healthier lifestyle.
I am officially fat. This is evidenced by the fact that when I was in a dressing room with my 5 year old she asked at the top of her voice, "Mummy, why is your bottom so big?". Out of the mouths of babes.
Looking back, I actually don't think there was a time when I was thin. Slimmish, yes, in later years of high school. Left home to do nursing and put on heaps of weight, and since then, it has been a yo yo type situation.
I am flying to visit my mother next Wednesday, so I can't wait to hear what she has to say about my size! Really looking forward to that.
Anyways, I have purchased a nutrition program from Ideal Bodies Online and also have had a friend who is a PT write an exercise program for me.
So, my starting vital stats....
Height - 162cm
Weight - 74 kilohefts
Bust - 102cm
Waist - 86cm
Hips - 107cm
Abdo - 102cm
Fairly safe to say I have a bit of flab to lose, but I have patience and a plan, so I'm good to go!
